Rise and Swim!

The Aquatics Club is open to swimmers of all abilities who are interested in regular structured workouts. The cost to register for this program is $50.00.

You don’t need to have any competitive swimming experience, our coaching team is here to help you make the most of every lap! 

Our goal is to help you make a commitment to regular and focused lap swimming. We’re here to help you improve your skills, enhance your enjoyment of lap swimming swimming and hopefully improve your fitness! 

Group workouts will start at approximately 6:00 AM on Monday/Wednesday/Friday, begining on June 10th through Friday, August 9th.  

All you have to do is set your alarm and get in the water!

Our workouts are designed to be challenging and fun. We'll be ready for you at each practice with easy to follow structured sets.

Every morning we'll have 3 workout options that are similar in style but with different total yardage. You're welcome to start with either the 1000, 1500, or 2000 yard workout and complete it at your own pace. We'll divide lanes as equally as possible so that you're swimming with others who match your speed. We’ll start with a warmup, then head into the main sets. Each workout will have a different mix of drills, strokes, and styles. We may include pulling and/or kicking. Sprints, distance workouts, breath work... you never know what each day will hold!
